Swayyam- Learning Disability & Counselling Centre at Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children, Parel

Swayyam a very diligently planned Learning Disability, Treating and Parental Counselling Center for differently abled children was inaugurated by Chief Guest Association President Mamta Gupta on 9th January 2020. This center is meticulously planned by DC Devangi Vakharia and Project Chairman PDC Dr Jyoti Soneji.

The most common learning disabilities &neurological disorders observed in children are Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, Autism, ADHD, Down’s Syndrome. These children are differently abled and need a special care for their living. So if they can be identified at an early stage in childhood, their innate potentialities can be channelized by helping them to develop skills to cope up the challenges in their day to day life.

The Center SWAYYAM will provide facilities which include Psychological testing, Rehabilitation and Counselling for the above mentioned concerns by a professional team
