TRIENNIAL CONFERENCE REPORT
The Triennial Conference witnessed an overwhelming participation, with our district being the largest contingent at the event. Heartfelt gratitude to each member who joined and contributed to making this an unforgettable experience.
Dignitaries and Senior Members' Presence
We extend our deepest gratitude to IIW Past President Pallavi Ji, Past Association Presidents (PAP) Pushpa Ji and Vasudha Ji, along with all senior Past District Chairmen for their esteemed presence and invaluable guidance during the sessions. This conference marked one of the largest attendances of senior members at a Triennial, making it a truly memorable occasion.
Acknowledgment of CCC Leadership
Special appreciation to CCC Chairman PDC Himadri Ji and the CCC Committee members – PAP Vasudha Ji, PDC Madhavi Ji, and PDC Mita Ji – for their insights and guidance on the proposals discussed. The debates for and against various proposals were exceptionally well-articulated by IIW PP Pallavi Ji, PAP Pushpa Ji, and PDC Himadri Ji, PDC Sandhya Ji providing an eye-opening experience for the audience.
Appreciation for Participating Presidents and Coordinators
A sincere thank you to all Club Presidents for encouraging members to be a part of the first Triennial of the New Millennium. Their motivation and leadership ensured significant participation and engagement throughout the event.
We also extend our gratitude to Triennial Chairman PAP Pushpa Ji, PDC Sunita, and coordinators Shirley, Monisha, Jaynisha, Seema, Anita, and Kajol for their commendable efforts in managing and coordinating the event seamlessly.
Special Recognitions and Achievements
IIW PP Pallavi Ji shared her inspiring journey as IIW President in the session "Minna se Mamta Tak".
PAP Pushpa Ji was elected as the Association CCC Chairman (2025-28). Additionally, she played a pivotal role as the Entertainment Coordinator for the West Zone, coordinating both the Past Association Presidents' dance and the evening entertainment. Her outstanding contribution was truly commendable.
PDC Sunita Jain was recognized for her exceptional contributions to the Triennial.
DVC Lakshmi Singh was appreciated for her meticulous work as the Scribe for the Triennial, ensuring comprehensive documentation of all proceedings.
IPDC & AC Member Pallavi took the stage, and we look forward to seeing DS Mona in the next Triennial.
District ISO Suchita Nayak participated in the ISO Meet, while District Editor Jyoti Kotak walked the ramp with the newsletter cover. Both received certificates of appreciation from the Association.

Cultural Contributions and Participation
Dance Performances: Special thanks to PDC Sunita Jain, District Editor Jyoti, Shirley Pezarkar, Daman Yadav, Nidhi Mody, Rupa Sen, Roma Sharma, Archita Mishra and Nutan Saxena for their enthusiastic participation in the dance performances.
Creative Contributions: Gratitude to Anita Thanawala for conceptualizing and arranging the beautiful red and blue topis, which became a hit among attendees.
IWC Bombay Queens Tiara: The young and vibrant members of IWC Bombay Queens Tiara, dressed in exquisite costumes, added an enchanting charm to the evening celebrations.

A heartfelt thank you to the District Executive Committee for their unwavering support and dedication, which played a crucial role in the successful execution of the Triennial.
