PUBLICIZE INNER WHEEL
PUBLICISING INNER WHEEL, is one of the areas of focus for the Inner Wheel at all
levels in the organization. District Chairman Prerana Raichur took up this initiative
to publicise and brand INNER WHEEL in Mumbai. Her vision under this vertical was
to help:
• Raise awareness about the organization's community service
projects and initiatives.
• Attract new members who share similar values and goals.
• Showcase the impact of Inner Wheel's work, inspiring others to get
involved.
• Generate better donations and sponsorships for our projects.
During the Inner Wheel Year 2024-25, clubs proactively undertook various activities to
raise awareness about their projects and activities. At the district level, District 314
came together to implement several joint initiatives, made possible by the enthusiastic
participation and support of all member clubs.
1. Installation of Inner Wheel branding at Kala Ghoda, vibrant area in South
Mumbai and a hub for art, culture and creativity.
Inaugurated on 15th March, 2025 by Association President & NR Sunita Jain
along with former Corporator Shri Makarand Narwekar. It was a moment of
pride for each Inner Wheel member present to witness the unveiling of our
logo in the prime Mumbai district.
2. Installation of Inner Wheel branding at Khewra Circle in Thane, a
bustling area with services and amenities.
Inaugurated in June, 2025 by Shri Naresh Mhaske, Member of Parliament
and ESO PDC Dr. Kanak Saxena & CCC Chairman PDC Himadri Nanavati.
Thank you to IWC Hiranandani Estate, home Club of District Chairman for
coordinating this entire branding.
3. Art Installation at Cooperage Gardens, from 30000+ recycled plastic
bottles collected by Inner Wheel members to celebrate GREEN DIWALI.
Inner Wheel members showcased their commitment to environment and
their creativity by collecting waste plastic bottles to create a stunning art
installation inaugurated District Chairman Prerana Raichur on 27th October,
2024. Conceptualised and curated by Minali Thakkar, the installation
featured in leading newspapers and stood tall for 45 days in a popular city
area. Our Association President visited the site on 19th October, 2024 and
witnessed and participated in its making.
4. Women Car Rally in association with RTO Thane and Pinkholic India
Foundation at Thane.
Thane witnessed a powerful display of women empowerment and road
safety awareness as 49 cars with enthusiastic women drivers and members
participated in all Women Car Rally held on 25 January, 2025. District
Chairman Prerana Raichur and former Corporator Mrs. Parisha Pratap
Sarnaik flagged off the Car Rally.
5. Informative videos on Yoga asanas.
Our members showcased their harmony and balance as they performed
yoga asanas in perfect synchrony choreographed by Dr. Roopali Shah. The
routine focused on the 7 chakras, fitting seamlessly with our District
Chairman theme AABHA. Adding depth to the performance our talented
coordinators shared insightful narratives on the importance of each chakras
enlightening the audience.
6. Branding Inner Wheel through digital signage at Vashi Toll Naka.
Thank You PAP Vasudhaa Chandrachud and District Rally team for this
mega branding at the busiest toll naka.
7. Inner Wheel on AIR. Sharing our community initiatives on FM Radio.
Thank You PDC Dr. Chhaya Bhadkamkar, CP Beena Dattani, IWC Bombay
Pier Tiara and PP Akshada Acharya, IWC Mumbai Dahisar.
Our dynamic brand ambassadors - Jigna Jain, Neelima Mashru, Jigna Mistry, Ajit Kaur
Dhillon, Anupama Dalvi, and Bhavana Manraja - brought their passion and zeal to the
role, superbly coordinating all activities under this vertical. Their dedication and
teamwork were truly commendable.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to District Chairman Prerana Raichur for entrusting me
