Inauguration of Golden Jubilee Project

A one of its kind Resource and Support Centre for Rural Development at Saphale, Palghar was inaugurated by IIW President Phyllis Charter & Guest of Honour AP Mamta Gupta. The Community Centre is meticulously planned by DC Dr Devangi Vakharia and Project Chairman PDC Himadri Nanavati.

The centre Is 4500 sq ft and is built on 12 acres of land owned by SHED and will benefit 92 villages around Saphale. The activities carried out include addressing women & children health issues, Education, Community health care, Community mobilization, Mass Marriages, Vocational Training.
