CONSTITUTIONAL CREDENTIAL COMMITTEE SEMINAR

The Constitution Seminar for 2025-26 was conducted on 24-07-2025 at Rotary Service Centre by the district Constitution and Credential Committee. Enthusiastic voting delegates were charged to get empowered with knowledge of our Association Byelaws and IIW constitution in the presence of DEC - DVC Mona Gyani IPDC Prerana Raichur DT Suchitra Nayak ESO PDC Sunita Jain DISO Jyoti Kotka and DE Jayshree Bokadia. PDC Chhaya Bhadkamkar PDC Shubha Chhapwale and PDC Pallavi Choksi attended. DC Lakshmi SIngh welcomed all present Assn CCCC PAP Pushpa Suryamurty imparted much needed info on voting at association and international level. DCCC Chairman PDC Falguni explained the basic hierarchy structure of the organisation followed by PDC Vidhya speaking on membership and transfers. PDC Amala enlightened the audience by highlighting on responsibilities of voting delegates and club meetings. PDC Amita shared rules on protocols , canvassing and election procedures. Members sent chits asking their questions and doubts, which was ably answered by DC Lakshmi Singh. This was followed by a stimulating quiz to which all Participants responded wisely amidst much fun and laughter; Reminded yet once again that community service was the heart of IW and constitution its soul.
