Environment Project tree Plantation

On the 1st day of the 101st year of IIW, a Tree plantation was carried out at the Inner Wheel forest at Kandivali. On this occasion, District Chairman Prerana Raichur sponsored 54 trees honouring the Past District Chairmen of District 314. The project was inaugurated by District Chairman Prerana Raichur and attended by the DEC team, PDCs & members Environment Chairman PDC Himadri Nanavati has done amazing work in developing and maintaining this forest for the last 10 years. This forest is now blooming in all its splendor with more than 17,000 trees. The Inner Wheel effort will continue year-on-year to sustain this forest in the midst of the urban jungle.
