The International President visit to District 314 marked a memorable day in the association's history. The Golden Jubilee Celebration "Amara" began with a grand ride of the International President Kay Morlene and Association President Jyoti Mahipal, accompanied by District Chairman Lakshmi Singh, in a vintage car. They were warmly welcomed by Inner Wheel members dressed in traditional Maharashtra attire, led by dance as an entry to the venue.
Followed by the
exhibition inauguration of the FASHION BOULEVARD by AP and IP, showcasing amazing stalls across various categories.
A spectacular show and display of Maharashtra history was depicted in dance form showcasing our pride like historic heroes , celebrities like Madhuri ,cricketer like Sachin and so on to name a few highlighting the state's grandeur and featuring notable personalities in our AAMCHI MUMBAI style.
The audience all dressed in golden or yellow sarees added to the grandeur of golden jubilee to commemorate the occasion.
Key highlights included:
- Release of a coffee table book and a history book of the association
- Launch of a privilege card for Inner Wheel members
- A surprise rapid-fire round conducted by PAP PDC Pushpa Suryamriti,featuring six PAP was an enlightening experience .
The evening concluded with a felicitation ceremony of PAPs a Musical Journey where each was introduced by a special 2 line introduction and was made to enter dancing to a pre decided song dedicated to their personality .
They were felicitated with a personal sketch and shawl.
Rahul Joshi and his troop played the pre decided special songs.
Followed by super entertaining musical evening led all swaying and dancing to the Bollywood no which was an ice breaker and got all to a complete relax mode.
The Golden Jubilee Celebration "Amara" was a grand success, leaving lasting memories for attendees. It will be etched in the association's history as a remarkable event, showcasing District 314's hospitality and solidarity
