Tree plantation

THE DISTRICT TREE PLANTATION DATE : 3RD JULY 2019

We, the present generation, have the responsibility to act as trustee to the rich natural wealth for our future generations. In our endeavour to conserve our natural resources, Inner Wheel District 314, every year, plants saplings at the Inner Wheel Forest at Kandivili. Over the past 5 years, 8,570 saplings have been planted over 18 acres.  On July 03, 2019, Inner Wheel members of Dist 314 led by DC Dr. Devangi Vakharia and the DEC planted over 800 saplings in this forest as a continuation of this initiative.  PDC Himadri Nanavati and PP Nusrat Khatri have been involved since its inception 5 years back.
